Da Lat

I'm writing from the French town of Da Lat, 1500 meters up in the mountains. This morning, I was on the beach, looking at sand dunes.
Not much to report right now, except that I'm feeling really, overwhelmingly homesick. I've met some people who tell me it's normal to feel this way, but it's hard.
That's all for now.

Hey babe,

we all miss you and love you. It might be a little expensive, but you should find a way to call your family. Hearing their voices definitely helps. What I did was buy a very cheap cell phone and paid for a certain number of minutes. This way I could book hotel rooms and stuff in advance and also call my mom. It meant a lot to me and wasn't to pricey.
Just remember we are all thinking of you daily and love you very much.

hey hunny bunny~
Keep your chin up! I think of you all the time and I'm so envious of the marvelous places you're going. In world news, did you hear Pinochet kicked the proverbial bucket? Keep your eyes open for new friends - they make big difference when you're lonely! I love you!!!!
