Lazy day

Hello friends, not much to report here today. I saw the chirporactor again this morning and she worked on my hips and lower back. She did some work on my psoas muscles. They were really tight and were pulling my pelvis out of alignment. My back feels better now.
Practice this morning was led. It felt so different from led practice last week. I feel so much stronger already. I didn't feel like I'd been hit by a bus at the end of it. I've been getting fewer adjustments than when I first got here, which is fine. I think I have to work with what I learned in those adjustments for a while and then I'll be ready for more.
I just got an email that I've been admitted to Vanderbilt Law School. Hooray for me. How about you, U of M????
Hugs.
Lauren

Hooray for you! Selfishly I hope you go to the U of M and stay here in Minneapolis. We'd miss you if you went away to Nashville...but I'll bet your brother would be happy to have you nearby.

So glad to hear your back is improving. Maybe on your off day tomorrow you can find one of those luscious ayurvedic sesame oil massages.

What's the astrological update?

Take good care...

Congrats on Vanderbilt!

Your blog brings me back to my anatomy class where we were taught fun rhymes like "your psoas is where you stretch your so' ass" and "Some Say Money Matters But My Brother Says Big Boobs Matter More." That last one is to remember which cranials nerves are sensory, motor, or both.

Meanwhile, back in Minasoda....

Got back on line to check out what you've been up to and ran into a structural anatomy discourse. Not sure that I'm ready for that nor that I can absorb much of it since my knowledge of anatomy is limited to ".....hip bone connected to the...thigh bone......thigh bone connected to the.... knee bone...." (is the knee a bone????)

Had an enjoyable trip to Washington and didn't throw anything out of joint playing with the grandkids!

Have you seen any interesting sights since I left, other than the face cushions of the Chiropractor's torture chair? I'll try to slog through your abbreviated version of Grey's Anatomy to see if there's anything that I can understand, like "it's hot here' or "there sure are a lot of Indian folks here". It's comforting to know that you are obviously enjoying yourself and are happy to be where you are.

Congratulations on your acceptance at Vanderbilt.......a little more prestigious than, say, Hamline! You're moving up the ladder.

George
